1. Cancellations & Customer Refunds

Standard Excursions: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time for a 100% full refund with no hidden processing fees.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of departure are non-refundable, as local transport, boat seats, and excursion permits are locked in advance.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up at the designated pick-up location or hotel lobby at the agreed time, the booking will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Exclusions: Customized multi-day tour packages, private boat charters, or excursions involving third-party flight/hotel bookings carry specific cancellation rules clearly noted on the individual package invoice or booking page.

2. Rescheduling & Date Modifications

Free Date Changes: You can reschedule your excursion date free of charge up to 12 hours before the departure time, subject to seat and vehicle availability.

Unavailable Dates: If your requested new date is fully booked, our team will offer you comparable alternative excursions. If none fit your schedule, you retain the option to receive a 100% refund (provided notice was given at least 24 hours prior to original departure).

3. Weather & Safety Cancellations

Safety First: Marine conditions (Coast Guard port restrictions, high waves, or strong winds) and severe desert weather conditions may occasionally force us to cancel an activity for your safety.

Your Choice Guarantee: If Crazy Adventures cancels an excursion due to weather, port authorities, or unforeseen safety concerns, you are entitled to choose either:

An immediate 100% full refund to your original payment method.
Free rescheduling to an alternative available date or activity of equal value.
